Tuxedo Park laws regarding trees and landscaping can be viewed at the Village Office or here:

It is your responsibility to know these laws and inform your landscapers and any other workers on your property.
These Laws and/or the Village Building Inspector (John Ledwith, 845-351-4745, x3, jledwith@tuxedopark-ny.gov) must be consulted before removing any trees from your property.
Replanting young and healthy native trees and shrubs is recommended and encouraged.
